	Penn Courses The IRM is now involved in both undergraduate and graduate courses here at Penn.
	Internships Working in a laboratory is an excellent way to encourage students to attend schools in the sciences, since a positive experience often encourages students to purse this area of investigation. The IRM is happy to promote this opportunity by providing various internships.
